1. Project Submission Acknowledgment
- Customers confirm that they own, created, licensed, or have authorization to submit the designs, files, drawings, photos, measurements, and project details provided for review and production.
- Customers confirm that submitted project information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorized to request a quote on behalf of the project or company.
2. Review Permission
- Customers authorize HexCore Manufacturing, operated by HexCore Mounts LLC, to review, quote, prepare, manufacture, package, ship, support, and retain reasonable project records for the submitted project.
- Submitting a quote request does not guarantee project acceptance, production scheduling, final pricing, material availability, delivery timing, or suitability for a specific use.
3. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for confirming that the part is suitable for its intended use, customer-facing claims, installation environment, safety requirements, and any applicable rules or regulations.
- Customers should not submit files or project requests that they are not authorized to use or that would violate the rights of another person or business.
4. Restricted or Sensitive Applications
- Projects involving defense, firearms, tactical, aerospace, drones, military, surveillance, regulated, safety-critical, or otherwise sensitive applications may require additional review before acceptance.
- HexCore Manufacturing may decline, pause, or request more information for any project based on product category, end use, restricted-party concerns, file authorization, safety concerns, or business judgment.
5. International Company Requests
- Approved domestic and international companies may request U.S.-based production review for parts intended to serve U.S. customers.
- International inquiries may require additional review for company location, ownership, product type, end use, restricted-party concerns, and U.S. business requirements. HexCore Manufacturing does not provide legal, customs, tax, export, import, sanctions, or trade compliance advice.
6. Customer Confirmation
- Customers may be asked to confirm these acknowledgments with a checkbox, typed name, written approval, or related confirmation before quoting or production.
