Upload your file, choose your material direction, tell us the quantity and use case, and we review the job before confirming final pricing, timing, and production requirements.
HexCore Manufacturing is an owner-operated contract 3D printing business based in Winder, Georgia. We specialize in U.S.-based FDM production for businesses, repair shops, product sellers, and approved international brands that need plastic parts produced domestically, scaled into larger batches when the job fits, and delivered to U.S. customers.
We built this business around a straightforward process: you send the file and requirements, we review printability and material fit, and we confirm the quote before production begins. No tooling delays. No minimum order theater. Just parts made right.
Buying printers is the easy part. Running production means managing operators, material, maintenance, file review, failed prints, packing, scheduling, and repeat quality. HexCore Manufacturing gives businesses a practical production path without adding that overhead in-house.
Skip machine purchases, floor space, operator time, material handling, maintenance, and the learning curve that comes with running printers every day.
Approved files can move into small-batch production, larger batch runs, reorder planning, packaging notes, and recurring contract programs without starting from scratch each time.
Every job is reviewed for file readiness, material fit, quantity, production method, delivery expectations, and any special handling before final approval.
HexCore Manufacturing gives approved domestic and international companies a U.S.-based production option for 3D printed parts — repeat runs, large-scale batch programs, replacement components, packaging support, and domestic shipping from Georgia. For qualified long-term contract customers, we can support a fuller fulfillment operation: print, pack, label, and ship to approved U.S. destinations. Customer-supplied branded inserts, cards, labels, packaging pieces, or promotional materials must be provided ahead of the shipment schedule if they need to be included in customer orders.
Each quote starts with the part requirements so material, finish, quantity, schedule, and delivery expectations stay clear before production begins.
Attach an STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, drawing, photo, or measurements. Include what the part is used for and where it will be used.
The part is reviewed around size, orientation, strength needs, surface expectations, support cleanup, color, and material choice.
Pricing and timing are confirmed before printing starts, including rush needs, batch size, packing, labeling, pickup, fulfillment, or shipping when applicable.
Approved parts are printed, reviewed, packed, labeled when required, and prepared for pickup, business delivery, fulfillment, or shipment based on the confirmed job details.
Professional quoting starts before the printer runs. The clearer the model, use case, material goal, and quantity, the faster we can review the job and recommend the right production path.
We review supplied STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, drawings, photos, and measurements for printability, size, orientation, and production risk before quoting.
View FDM guidelinesParts are matched to the intended environment: prototype, functional, flexible, outdoor, heat-exposed, cosmetic, replacement, or repeat production.
Compare materialsFor replacement parts, send photos, measurements, broken-part notes, and the desired quantity. We will tell you whether a production-ready model is needed before manufacturing.
