Protected project file intake

Send 3D model files with a completed quote request.

This is not an open public file drop. Attachments are submitted with your contact details, project details, required authorization confirmation, allowed file types, and file-size limits. Submitted files are used for quote review and production planning only.

  • Preferred model files: STL, STEP/STP, 3MF, or OBJ
  • Helpful support files: PDF drawings, PNG/JPG/WebP photos, TXT/CSV part lists, sketches, or measurements
  • Multiple files: ZIP folders are accepted for related project files
  • Upload limit: Up to 5 files, 15 MB total
  • Authorization: Design-rights confirmation is required before submission

Projects involving regulated, sensitive, controlled, or safety-critical applications may require additional review before acceptance.

This form sends the quote request directly to HexCore Manufacturing. If a file is too large to attach, submit the request and mention that larger files are available.
